Hi, I’m Debby Eubank.
I’ve spent over two decades in real estate transactions and corporate finance, working as a Realtor®, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, real estate investor, and coach to new and growing agents. I’ve managed real estate transactions from every angle — contracts, financing, timelines, negotiations, and the operational details that can make or break both deals and client relationships.
Before entering real estate, I worked in financial auditing for large institutions including Bank of America. That experience trained me to identify structural gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and risk points — skills I now bring to every real estate system I design or consult on.
I’ve also coached agents through companies such as the Tom Ferry Organization, helping them build structured businesses, implement repeatable systems, and scale efficiently without burning out.
