Akira's dad

Akira's daddy (Roy), who has been a pack member, since she was 8 weeks old when I first brought her home. We are staying at his home because it is better suited for her healing. Here he is with Akira at night sitting with her through the usual time her pain cycle starts. She started panting - she gets afraid to sit because of fear of hurting at night - and this time let her go out to her grass. Working so well to ground and calm her. Hoping we have a peaceful night and comfort for her. It's been since Friday she had her pain patch, Lidocaine, replaced. Foregoing sedation if at all possible tonight. Cross your fingers and please send healing loving energy her way.
