Akira Update - She had a rough night

Akira Update: She had a rough night. And I learned that lidocaine patches do not work when her hair grows back in.

Medicine can't absorb in skin unless patch can fully adhere.

6 hours straight of panting and pacing before figuring out what was causing her pain and stress. Took her to vet this morning to be shaved with surgical blade (grooming shaver we have clearly did not work).

Here she is 5 hours after shave and new pain patch and out of pain cycle. We slept all afternoon together and here she is asking (strike that) insisting on couch space with mom. Could you say no to this girl?
