Feeling sleep deprived

Feeling sleep deprived after staying up all night with Akira her first night home after surgery. Just dropped her off at the vets to be monitored all day, change her bandage and lidocaine patch, assess her pain management, etc. Time to catch a few hours of sleep before another night on watch. She is having medication dysphoria and cries out this heart-wrenching cry, breaks my heart....this is temporary, we will get through this.
