Let me introduce you to Sheba

Let me introduce you to Sheba (not to be confused with my beloved Akira who is a Shiba Inu :) ) Here she is after an acupuncture session claiming her perch and perhaps suggesting that her vet not leave. Sheba has a lump on her thyroid (she is hyperthyroid, too) and the traditional vets suggested surgery - not good for her ripe age, way too invasive, $9K, and not necessary.

Acupuncture, chinese herbs, and a change in medication which ironically was contributing to the lump and she is doing much better now. A family who embraces the best of both worlds - Eastern and Western (only when necessary) medicine!

p.s. "Queen" Sheba has advised our Intuitive that she plans to 'come back' in her next life as an opera singer so she can fully express her voice. And she plans to be a Diva. That explains her extremely vocal second half of her life. :)
