Akira really knows how to play me..... Every night my roommate takes his dog and Akira out to 'do business' before bed. And she bats her eyes and gets real cuddly to try and get out of it. Hard to resist her but I do

I am trained well.
My eyes open and standing over me her staring look says, "your book is in my way. "
Moving my book she immediately moves in laying masterfully between the two pillows.
The paw raises, "I am ready." I oblige as she let's out a relaxing moan and sigh.
A day and the life of Akira....
Let the shedding begin... That time of year, Akira is blowing her coat. First brushing opens the flood gates...oh boy. I noticed she was looking a little ragged in pics I posted yesterday. Wouldn't it be nice to look younger and healthier in just one brushing like her? :)

I was digging around my computer and ran across these pics of Akira. Can you believe this is the same dog? I remember saying to the breeder, "hmmm...she doesn't look like a Shiba Inu....BUT I will love her anyway. " :) She reassured me that she would one day!
